Phew~ CNY is coming~ and mango is......

Finally, after long time of waiting coz he(ah heng)'s busy, he(mcguyver)'s busy, he(bro sham)'s busy, and i- was busy.So finally, after all the ordeal, today mango's finally got the heart back in.Or not yet??? yaiks~

Notice what wernt wrong with this pic???

The gasket wasn't aligned properly with the intake port.
Good thing Mcguyver had a spare 20V gasket lying around. and it look nicely fit now ^^
Was admiring mango's nicely curved 4-1 extractor. :P
And the newly painted T-50 gearbox with it's new paint, and some stain from the coolant.
But still, we were still waiting for the blacktop throttler body which i forget to bring from my factory..... so job stalled. Will continue tomorrow after i 'remember' to bring over the throttler body *_*.

Out the 4-2-1~ In the 4-1~ ^.^ For more mid end torque?

After driving mango around for a while, i discover that mango's 4age-20v wasn't revving nicely durnig 3k~5k. Than McGuyver said it might be the 4-2-1 mango currently using is not breathing well. since the cam had higher lift and more air going into the engine. So something had to be done to the exhaust ^_^. A trip to chean exhaust is indeed.
So i retrieve the custom made 4age-20V 4-1 header for FR setting with ceramic coating!
and took out the old 4-2-1 sr20-mod-ed with 4age-20v FF-header.
everything took out fairy easy with lot's of hand space in mango's engine chamber ^.^
but my O2 sensor wasn't happy to go into the header... for it's from sr20.... some cutting is in order. (sorry, no photo for the cutting part :P
the curve fit in nicely ^.^ big hurry for the japs.

bending the 2.5" soft-pipe to fit into the 2.2" pipe i'm using from front to rear.
Everything fits in and working nicely~ and mango-sings~!

Tek's Cusco 4-1 extractor.

This is one piece of beauty i had ever seen. really amazed by the wonder of engineering. Tek purposely bring over his new bought Cusco 4-1 extractor for his 4agze (super charged 4age).
there's a large cuscu / > s embross on it.and every single plate had cusco engraving.
what really catch my eyes is the inner part of the ball shape container. it's a very nice welded 4 pipes into one with a pyramid shape metal piece at the center (to improve air-flow smoothness i think :P)
and yes~! it's jasma certified ^.^
sorry i didn't manage to get a proper photo of it's look. wasn't in a photo mood back then XD
wonder the "banana" 4-1 i ordered from japan which will arrive in 2 weeks time looks as good  as it  ^.^.
